- R%Clean and prepare scallops and shrimp.

- R%Roll a small strip of bacon around a scallops and place on skewer.

- R%Alternate with the scallop / bacon and a shrimp to fill skewer.

- R%Put the olive oil, white wine, honey, nutmeg, and green onion in a
- R%shallow dish and lay the kabobs in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
